My name is Maureen Bertram and I purchased an RX 350 sports model just last week. My salesperson's name is Irfan Shaikh. We have owned Lexus vehicles for over 8 years, but this one was the most lovable experience. We moved from Montreal and met Irfan when we waited while the car was given for services. We made a connection and Irfan kept in touch with us for over a year and finally when we were ready to buy and I called him that morning and I was given an appointment according to my availability and we came in and decided on the vehicle the same day itself. There was no pressure but Irfan was very helpful and this is the 1st time ever we were given a lesson on the car. Irfan knows his products and has a lot of patience and you can see that this guy loves his job. I must say that my husband Anton has become the cheerleader for Irfan. I am very sure we will check with Irfan for our next purchase before we go anywhere else.
